1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, using our platform, or interacting with any feature on Traidies, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You understand that trading carries financial risk and no outcome is guaranteed.
• You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the Service

Traidies provides:

• AI-powered generation of MQL4/MQL5 Expert Advisor source code.
• Compilation services for MT4/MT5-compatible automated trading systems.
• Tools for managing strategies, artifacts, versions, and code outputs.
• Optional advanced features depending on your subscription plan (e.g., faster queues, priority compilation, advanced AI models).

We are a software and AI tool provider. We do not manage user funds, execute trades, or provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

Any trading decisions, code implementations, or results produced are entirely your responsibility. We make no guarantees regarding profitability, accuracy, or performance.

Traidies does not promise, imply, or suggest that any generated strategy will be profitable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Share or distribute malicious strategies or content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
• Exploit the system to generate an unreasonable load or abuse AI/compute resources.
• Violate MetaQuotes (MT4/MT5) licensing or intellectual property rights.
• Use AI-generated code without proper testing, verification, or risk management.

You are fully responsible for:

• Your trading decisions.
• The correctness of strategy logic before execution.
• Compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensuring that you test and evaluate generated code before deploying it live.

5. AI-Generated Code

The code produced through Traidies is generated automatically by AI models. You understand and agree that:

• AI output may contain errors, inefficiencies, or misinterpretations.
• Compiled files may not be bug-free or profitable.
• You must review and test all code before using it on live markets.
• We do not guarantee performance on demo or live accounts.

All AI-generated code is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties.

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

Traidies operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Recurring billing until cancellation.
• Your selected plan's pricing, features, and limitations.
• Additional usage-based fees (e.g., AI tokens beyond included quotas).
• No refunds for partially used billing periods.

Prices may be updated in the future with prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

All subscriptions and payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you agree that by starting to use the Service immediately, you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital service has begun.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of trading results
• User misconfiguration of Traidies
• Technical limitations of MT4/MT5 or external platforms
• AI misinterpretations or incorrect code generation

8. Intellectual Property

Traidies retains all rights to:

• Its platform interface and design
• Its proprietary AI tools and systems
• Its compilation infrastructure
• Its branding, trademarks, and content

You own the rights to the strategies and code you generate.

However, we may store anonymized or aggregated usage data to improve system performance.

9. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You acknowledge that:

• Server downtime may occur
• Compile queues may experience delays
• AI model availability depends on third-party providers
• Backtesting or compilation may depend on external MT4/MT5 environments

We are not liable for downtime or disruptions.

The Service relies on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, AI model providers, MetaTrader environments, and other external services which are outside of our control. We are not responsible for outages, delays, errors, or changes caused by such third-party services. Changes made by third-party providers may affect functionality without prior notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Abuse system resources
• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service for harmful, malicious, or illegal purposes
• Share your account or misuse subscription access

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

12. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, crypto, or stocks involves substantial risk. Automated systems can amplify losses. You acknowledge that:

• No AI can guarantee profitability.
• Past performance does not indicate future results.
• Backtests do not guarantee real-world returns.
• You can lose some or all of your invested capital.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
